Microcore® Warranty Information
Vesture Corporation will replace any part of the product found defective
within one year of the purchase date to the original purchaser. Replacement
of product is the purchaser's exclusive remedy for breach of warranty. Under
no circumstances is Vesture Corporation liable for consequential damages.
The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or
implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of marketability
and fitness for particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty service is available by returning the product with proof of purchase, your name, address, and check or money order payable to Vesture Corporation in the amount of $5.95 (in continental US only) to cover postage and handling to:
