At the present time, we are in a limited number of retail stores, but by fall we expect to be in many of the national chains and we will be updating this FAQ at that time. |

Heating Instructions come with every element we send out to our customers and you may call Customer Service and they will be glad to send you a copy. |
4) DO I NEED TO TAKE THE ELEMENT OUT OF THE COVERS TO HEAT IT OR COOL IT?We always recommend you remove the element from its pouch and only place the element in the microwave. |
5) DOES THE Microcore® ELEMENT CONTAIN ANYTHING HARMFUL?
Our elements are Non-Toxic, Non-Staining, and Non-Irritating. |
